OUR CULTURE AND MISSION

•Our culture consists of six universal values:
•Spirit
•Pride
•Determination
•Commitment
•Passion
•Integrity

The above are much more than words. Our culture is a tangible force that transcends geography and language and permeates everything that we do in our company and as a company.

This culture inspires the way we serve our customers, who rely on our professional services. We do not only supply them with absolute best products and services, but we listen to them, respond quickly to their current needs, anticipate future needs and plan for fulfilment of such future needs.

Our culture also demand that we be responsible advocates of communities in which we live and work, as well as the natural environment we all share. Among one of our social responsibility programs in the pipeline is to sensitise our surrounding communities about environmental issues and the effects of human interaction with the environment.

With our cohesive strategy, unique culture and common mission, ROBHART SOLUTIONS & Projects demonstrates that excellence, integrity and commitment can and should go along with success and growth for all the stakeholders including our Customers, Staff and Suppliers.

OUR MISSION, PHILOSOPHY AND STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE AND VALUE ADD

A. OUR MISSION

Our mission is to be the leading innovator, developer and marketer of Staffing and Procurement Management Products and Services which provide superior value to our customers in meeting their needs whilst at the same time preserving our resources and returning a fair value to our stakeholders.

B. OUR SHAREHOLDERS AND STAKEHOLDERS

We will be a growth company. In the medium to long term, we envisage to enforce an average of between 15-20% growth in our company per annum. We will continually invest in product research and business development to secure a reliable future.
We will maintain cordial and professional relationships with all our stakeholders including Suppliers, Customers and Employees as a way of ensuring business continuity by building cordial and interdependent relationships with our stakeholders.
We will keep on sensitising and teaching our surrounding communities about environmental issues, the impact of human interaction with our environment and ways and methods of preserving our environment for future generations.

C. EMPLOYEES

We are aware that amongst others, the most important resource by far is our people who respond to recognition, involvement and opportunities for personal growth and development. We will address problems and mistakes constructively, learn from them and contribute to their solution. We will encourage a team approach with mutual supportive relationships based on Objectivity, Integrity, Openness and Trust.
We will judge ourselves on our ability to be self-critical and provide an atmosphere encouraging open and constructive criticism and communication.
Our work places will be functional, clean and safe. Our working environment will foster mutual values, goals and goodwill. We will constantly strive for excellence and satisfaction.

People will be hired, paid and promoted based on qualifications, teamwork and performance. Our guiding principle in this regard will be the Employment Equity Act and all its prescriptions will be followed to the latter including the Economic Empowerment of the Previously Disadvantaged groupings including the Physically Challenged.

D. OUR ORGANISATION

We seek an organisation that is flexible, innovative, responsive and entrepreneurial. To achieve this in the long run, we will create decentralised business units which have great freedom within corporate strategy and policy limits to enter into innovation and research initiatives as a way of developing our products and services.
We will anticipate the changing environment and align ourselves and adapt to it. We seek to concentrate our efforts on providing services and products which have measurable benefits to our customers.

E. OUR PHILOSOPHY ON QUALITY

We believe that quality is not a by-product of performance. We fully subscribe to the Japanese Kaizen Philosophy and that quality should be an integral part of any value that we add to our clients. For us, quality is built into every layer of our activities in order to produce the ultimate qualitative product that will more than satisfy our clients’ needs.
We believe in building qualitative relationships with our clients, in order to add qualitative value to the client’s operations. This philosophy enables us to supply the client with a qualitative product or service at a reasonable cost.

F. BBBEE PHILOSOPHY

We believe in the free market economy and believe that every human being has the right and privilege to contribute meaningfully to our economy. We believe in grooming talent within the organisation to ensure both success of individuals and the success of the organisation and clients at large.
We also believe that every human being should have access to potential opportunities on an equal footing. This philosophy therefore informs us that it is our responsibility as a
co-operation to ensure that the playing fields have been levelled in order to enable an environment where individuals freely participate irrespective of colour, creed, religion and gender.
At the same time, we realise that there has been challenges in the economy, where only certain groups of individuals were allowed to participate fully in the economy. This led to certain groupings of people being marginalised from contributing freely and effectively in the economy. It is our view that these imbalances should be rectified. This endeavour to correct and level the playing fields by positively affirming the previously marginalised is a conscious effort that is informed by our philosophy that everyone has the right to meaningfully participate in the economy.

G. OUR SOCIETY

We recognise our strategic importance to the societies and communities in which we operate and will contribute positively to those communities. We see ourselves as inherently responsible as a company in matters that involves ethical conduct, protection of the community’s interests, employment opportunities, training and development and the protection of the environment in which our communities live.
